Jana was the consummate professional providing timely advice and counsel throughout the sales process. She was also very helpful in finding qualified contractors who could perform the needed repairs and services. Her exemplary level of support also included hands on reviews and inspections of all of the work after it had been performed. I thought this level of service was above and beyond the level of service I had been exposed on similar real estate transactions. She definitely has a best in class business model which should become standard operating practices for all real estate agents. I would highly recommend Jana Grieve to all of my friends and associates as an agent to handle all of their real estate needs.

Jana is very informative and communicates well. I've bought 2 condos through her and have had great customer service each time. She is on the ball with communication and took care of all my needs. Thanks!
