When I purchased my last home, I used a different agent from Windermere. The agent was not open about a few things and I felt like just another sale. Before coming to Jane, I had tried to work with two other realtors that came recommended to view houses. The experience was unsatisfying. Then I started working with Jane who came highly recommended from several friends who used her in the past. She was up front, communicated well, responsive, and accessible when I needed her. I was very impressed with her professionalism but I really appreciated how personable she was. Her knowledge of the area, homes, and time eras impressed me. For questions she had no answers to, she would find them from contractor friends, & other agents. Jane has completely changed my impression of real agents. She sets the bar high. When I sell my current home, and purchase a new one I will use Jane again. I have already recommended her to friends and family.
