I have worked with Jane Fallon for years and believe that she does her job well. I had my home listed FSBO and had also done my homework as to what my home was worth with the recent comps. I determined the price of the home and we agreed that if it did not sell in a certain time period I would consider dropping the price. I ended up selling for the price I originally set.
