Janella went beyond what she needed to as a realtor. She made sure I was understanding the process and stayed in touch with every step. She is amazing and has a wonderful heart. If it wasn't for Janella and her team I wouldn't of sold and bought my new dream home. Thank u isn't enough!

A big Thank you Janella, you made this transaction smooth and flawless. It was a joy Working with you.

I've been working in the new home industry for the last twenty years. I truly understand how stressful buying and selling a home can be. The moment Janella stepped into our home, I knew I was in good hands. A quick call to the staggers and within two days my home was staged beautifully. A quick call to the photographer and he was at our home taking pictures. Janella's virtual tour skills of uploading pictures online with Zillow, is absolutely amazing. Janella responded to all my emails, texts and phone calls within minutes, any day any time. Janell is a true professional. My daughter is saving money to buy her first home. When that day comes, Janella will be right by her side.

Wow, Janella Anguiano is one of the best people I have ever met. First as a human, second as a real estate agent who cares 100% about the client (ME) she puts herself second and is on the phone with you 24/7. Her smile and warm approach to always be there for you 100%. She knows the market of real estate, she knows what you need to do to sell your home, she knows everything about what looks good and what does not. Janella is patient and so kind...I honestly was blessed to have her as an agent and will go no where else and my choice to refer her my friends and family will go nowhere else either.

Janella did a great job communicating with us throughout the entire process. She was quick to respond and was willing to answer all of our questions. We were first time home buyers and would work with her again.
