Janet was exactly who we needed for our investment endeavor. We are coming from out of state and needed her expertise in regards to regulations, markets, geography, and so much more! She was very responsive, easy to contact and flexible to accommodate our schedule needs.

janet was very accessible and always took my calls. Very helpful as I knew nothing of the area. I even called her after the sale with a question about my pool on a Saturday night and she got right back to me. Service after the sale. Wow

We walked into the office one day. We planned to sell out home with century 1 because we bought the house through this company. Janet was in the office that day and we signed all the paperwork on the spot. She listed our home right away. It was pending within a week. We closed within 45 days of listing. Janet was very professional. She was very communicative. She understood our needs and wants. She work hard and kept our home selling process stress & worry free. Highly recommend Janet.

Janet was professional, informed, honest and on time with her promises. She made the effort of seller our home easy thus reducing the normal stress level of home selling. She was available when needed and answered all our questions and concerns.

Janet Paula goes above and beyond every little detail she does! She made our home buying site unseen from another state easy and trustworthy, even changing locks after the sale and meeting up with a relative to give them our keys, having lawn mowed, contacts for lawn and pool care, insurance and rental company! She is THE BEST!

Thank you Janet, for helping us throughout The process,we will recommend you.Joe/Neide.

We had a great overall experience. We’re first time homebuyers and needed someone to really guide us, and I think Janet did really well with that. She was always available and got back to us promptly. She was professional the whole time and kept us well informed throughout the whole process.

Janet was a rock star she got our house sold while long distance. She really made it seemless and was underrstanding of our frustration with the constantly changing market. SHe negotiated a higher price and got us to closing in a shorter time. Really glad and relieved to have sold our house in 3 mths.

Janet was amazing! There is no other broker in my history of home buying that has performed as well. The best agent I have had the pleasure of dealing with.
