Janet worked with us for over eleven months to help us sell a home and to help with purchasing our new home. Janet quickly learned our needs and personalities and was very patient with us through the process of selling and purchasing. She coordinated viewings of a countless number of homes and walked with us, taking notes with every step. We very much appreciated her hard work and efforts to help make sure our our relocation move met our every wish.

I'm going to be honest here. I was losing my faith in our decision to leave Italy and move to Florida. Who does that? Oh yeah, ME. I was assigned to a couple of other agents prior to working with Janet and we ended up firing them due to their lack of knowledge and compassion for the job. We had just about tossed in the towel at the thought of buying a home and Janet remained persistent in finding us one. She somehow found one that we were willing to compromise on a few "must haves" because it had all of the major things we needed. We were out looking at rentals and she randomly decided to show us a home that was for sale. Just out of the blue. Thankfully she did. On closing day, my car broke down and Janet drove all the way to MacDill AFB and picked me up. She later assisted me in getting back to my temporary home and even drove me to.the dealership when my car was towed there, so I could get into a rental.

Janet is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond her duties as a realtor. I wouldn't want to work with anyone else but her. She made a stressful situation as pleasant as can be and she was always available for questions or feedback.

Janet isn't like the average agent. She's current with all the real estate sales techniques, she has excellent resources at the ready including an excellent professional photographer and she truly understands buyers trends. I will definitely recommend her to others that are considering selling their house.

When I was referred to Janet, my listing agent told me she was fabulous. Apparently he had previously met her at some work convention. She went above and beyond her job description to make this purchase happen. Even after the closing, she was kind enough to bring me to visit with mom who was in the hospital.
