Our project with Janet was challenging because we built a new house in Florida while living in Illinois. Building a new house when you have local access is difficult enough. While be over a thousand miles away, the challenge can be daunting. Janet made this project work for us. She was instrumental in assisting us with negotiations with the builder. She kept an eye on construction progress and notified us of potential issues. She assisted us with resources for inspections and after completion needs. She was a constant help with the builder during construction, and then smoothed out what was developing into a difficult closing.
