Jessica Magrill was wonderful to work with from start to finish. She clearly communicated throughout the entire process and set our expectations upfront. Jessica did a great job for us and we would recommend her team to anyone looking to sell/buy a home!

Janet Wasserberger and Jessica Magrill are a fabulous team! Both were responsive, courteous, knowledgeable and caring to meet my needs. I felt I had a professional team supporting me to find the perfect home.

Janet and her team were so proactive in helping me find and buy my first home! They answered all of my questions along the way and made the process stress free. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a home!

I've already said it all. We couldn't have done it without Janet. She was amazing throughout this lengthy and challenging process we were faced with in dealing with my brother's house before and after he died. There was a lot of work to do! Communication was excellent and she was invaluable in coordinating everything and with contractor recommendations. Very professional in every way. With us living 1000 miles away, we would have not been able to get everything done without her. We are very grateful and would recommend her to anyone!

Great experience this go round with Jessica and Janet!! They were very patient and informative in helping me in this life changing decision. Looking forward to the next time I need to buy/sell a house and I have to use this dynamic duo. Take Care!! Damon

Janet Wasserberger sold our last home, she suggested a great commercial realtor who sold our commercial property, and we trust her vast knowledge and professionalism so she was the only person we considered. She has always stayed in touch with us to check in and that has continued to strengthen our relationship with her through the years. As with our last experience, Janet is a very knowledgeable real estate pro and she had our best interest at heart and it showed in every interaction. Very smooth experience from listing to going into contract to closing. Every person who assisted Janet in her office was professional and communicated with us at all stages of the process. Again, great experience. We will use Janet again in the future for sure!
