Janey was amazing to work with and made my wife and I feel like family. She was very honest and trustworthy, and quickly understood our needs. She was always available and worked with our crazy work schedule and timeline.

As in previous experiences, Janey was absolutely helpful, professional, and a joy to work with. Even though I have out of Southern California, I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

Janey Cole was thoroughly professional at every stage. She was able to help me sell my home and obtain the financial return I needed to move on with my life.

Janey exceeded all of our expectations. She calmed our anxieties and made the process as easy as possible by explaining every little detail. We highly recommend Janey for your real estate needs.

Janey was helpful throughout the entire process. From start to finish, she provided expert advice that translated into a succesul sale within a resonable time frame. She stayed supportive and offered care the entire time, making an otherwise complicated sale relatively straightforward and mostly hassle-free.

Janey knows Redlands and is well known by other realtors and highly respected. She set one week for the sale and it was done in one week. I love Janey.

Janey Cole was our agent when we purchased our property 12 years ago. She was our obvious choice when we got ready to sell the home. She helped us find a buyer that understood our situation and was willing to work through some transition issues. Janey was always available throughout the transaction. She's extremely easy to work with and we knew our best interests were her priority.

Word of mouth is the best advertisement. Janey Cole! Every single personal or professional friend i asked for the best realtor in town said Janey Cole! When I first met Janey, she had such a presence of confidence, honesty, being down to earth, love for our community, years of professional experience, brilliance and a wicked sense of humor that was so refreshing. It was obvious that Janey would be working towards getting the highest price using her fair and ethical negotiating skills. I had moved to the East Coast BEFORE my home went on the market. Janey encountered a plethora of challenges which included: 1) GETTING A SECOND INSPECTOR WHO CAME IN WITH A $21,000 INCREASE, 2) finding new homes/charities for my beautiful furniture and scheduling time for pickup, 3) hiring Junk Dawgs to haul away my junk, 4) moving some furniture to Riverside, 5) scheduling a time for my housekeepers to come, 6) setting up numerous FaceTime with Janey, Joyce Movers and me making certain which items were to be packed or left, 7) fixing my dishwasher without having to pay additional expense to an appliance technician and tweaking several other things that are too many to list, 8). discovering my daughter’s and my boxed wedding gowns that were out of sight and left behind 9). taking them to UPS and making sure we’d get back our heirlooms and MOST IMPORTANTLY, 10) SELLING MY HOME IN ELEVEN DAYS AND GETTING TOP DOLLAR! Janey raised the bar on blending professionalism with caring~ really caring ~ for every client. Thank you for your wisdom, wit and going way beyond all expectations!!! Janey is now my lifelong dear friend!
