Thank you Janey for all you did! We really appreciate it! Working with you was a pleasure. Sincerely, Dixie, Tammy & Teri

Janey Cole was very easy to work with. She kept on top of things. Because of her knowledge and experience, she was able to complete an especially difficult escrow. We never felt like we were not her top priority, even though we know she had other clients. She was professional both in her appearance and her communication. We found the perfect home and she made it happen. My husband and I highly recommend Janey .. this may be our last home, but if we ever needed a realtor again she would hands down be our first and only choice!

Janey was great! She took me seriously and helped me put in an offer immediately after looking through houses. She helped me buy and close on my house in about three weeks!

Janey was awesome and very patient. We have very high expectations and require lots of attention and Janey was there at all times! Thanks so much Janey! The Kintz, Ibeas, and Bevens family

Jayney came highly recommended by close friends and family, so it was an easy choice. Because of unforeseen circumstances, Janey had to come up with some creative solutions in order for us to close escrow. We always felt she protected our best interests in all of the proceedings that occurred in the final week of closing, and that was tremendous for us. Janey was always prompt in responding to our questions through email and text. We never felt disconnected and always felt confident that we were on top of things every step of the way. Overall, we couldn't imagine a better experience than the one we had with Janey. She was very attentive to all our needs and questions, and we always felt confident throughout the whole process. We both had our complete trust in Janey and knew she was always working to get the best deal for us. Her years of experience, talent, and network allowed her to bring her full spectrum of service to help us find our dream home. We are overjoyed and will recommend Janey to all our friends and family.

Janey was there for us every step of the way. We shopped for a new home for over two years and she was helpful and considerate of our needs throughout the process.
