Janey Cole's reputation and local knowledge is excellent, but more than that, she is engaging, helpful, proactive, and honest. I had hoped that working with her would be the right choice, and it absolutely was. Utmost professionalism, with warmth and thoughtfulness. Janey helped us through the whole process buying this home and getting our other home ready to sell - her years of experience made this process easier. She genuinely cares for her clients, and was our trusted advisor in our house search, negotiations, escrow process, and also putting the other home on the market.

We had relocated to New Jersey, so the majority of our dealings with Janey Cole were by email or telephone. Janey was always responsive to our concerns and gave us the peace of mind that our sale was in good hands. When the buyer requested that a few repairs be done, Janey took care of arranging for them to be done in a timely manner. The whole process went extremely well and we couldn't be happier with the results.

Janey did an outstanding job for us in the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home. We will recommend Janey to all our friends. We were well cared for by everyone on the team, including Janey's assistant Monica Hernandez; Jodi Castenada and Renee Goetze at Lois Lauer Escrow; and especially Nancy Overgagg at Financial 2000 who coordinated our new home loan. We appreciated the team approach and how well everyone worked together on our behalf.

Janey Cole is wonderful to work with. She is great about returning calls and following up on things she says she will find out. She is low key, yet honest and forthright when it is necessary. I never felt pressure to do anything. She will get you the information you need and then let you decide what you want to do. She has a great deal of knowledge about Redlands real estate. I really trust her judgement and opinions. I definitely would recommend Janey to anyone who is looking for an honest, knowledgeable realtor. We plan to use her again to sell our other house.
