Janice Bullard was not only the consummate real estate professional, in the everyday details of our home search, but she made it a personal challenge to get us the best deal possible. Her prompt follow through and communications were excellent.

Janice treated my wife Connie and me as a friend looking out for our best interest. She gave excellent advice that we took regarding the placing of our furniture, changes to our hardware, lighting etc. But the best part was her honest ethical approach to all of our activities and transactions and her positive, encouraging personality. She marketed our old house resulting in a fantastic price and made our dream come true by finding us a wonderful home in the historic Williamsburg, VA area! Janice is a true real-estate professional and someone we hope will remain our friend.

Excellent real estate agent. Very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Speaks with great candor on homes, neighborhoods, schools, lenders, home inspectors, and even contractors. Tremendous negotiation skills; she will get you the most for your money, and will tell you if you are not. I would recommend Janice to prospective local home buyers, but especially to those new to the area.
