Janice is our go-to broker in this area. She is not just a broker. She is a problem solver. This property went on the market just as COVID happened. It is a unique property that would not appeal to everyone. Janice kept working on it until we got it done. We will use Janice on future transactions and will enthusiastically recommend her to others.

Janice is the ABSOLUTE BEST! I'm so glad she was recommended to me as the agent for my first home. Janice made buying my first home a breeze. She was a riot of a good time from the moment she drove over 100 miles to pick us up to the moment she welcomed us to our home when we made it back to Texas. Having relocated from Arizona, she couldn't have made it easier. I'm so glad I met her and am glad to say she has become a dear friend! If you are looking for an agent.... look no further, she will bring you home! P.s. her coconut pies are to die for!

She promised us she would get the house sold. It was a tough process because it was such an unusual house but she made good on all her commitments.

Janice absolutely knows her business, her competition, and the details of all the properties in the area. She has knowledge and expertise. We relied on that knowledge and trusted her completely through all aspects of the closing process. Janice was a pleasure to work with. She stuck with us on and off for several years. She was cheerful, professional, extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. And she brought pie! Having used a couple of other Realtors before Janice I can say that her level of professionalism, attention to detail, overall real estate knowledge, and ability to work continually to court potential buyers into visiting the house no matter how long it took, was refreshing. It was not a matter of just putting up a sign with your name on it and then sitting back to wait. That is not how Janice operates.

Janice and her team went above and beyond on the sell of this property. I am so incredibly appreciative for everything they did! Absolutely amazing!!

Just to say, it was a very wise decision! Janice gets results. She is very focused, professional, personable and knowledgeable. Selling a home is a very trying, complicated and emotional time and Janice was extremely helpful in guiding us throw the process. it took only 4 days to sell home, not 2 weeks as the box on the survey referenced. I have sold several homes and Janice is far and away the best agent I have experienced and highly recommend her to anyone wanting fast results by a truly professional representative.

Very Professional, patience, knowledgeable one of the best Realtor I’ve every felt with. Would use her help again.
