Janice Dodson knows the area better than anyone else I have met. If you want something in her area, she can find it.

With janice i was able to let her just take the wheel and make everything happen in a timely manner and with the best financial outcome. All i had to do is sign. It was a smooth ride

Janice was friendly very interested in our needs and concerns. She got us through a stressful time with reassurances and a smile

Janice was very nice, and tried to deal patiently with a very difficult sale, due to the as is sale parameter, and the massive hail storm that hit our property! She helped us with contractors, and patiently dealt with our special needs with animals, and travel! Ultimately was able to reach out to a personneal contact to orchestrate a sale. And we have used her with the sale of our rental property, and Have recommended her to my wife's mother for the potential sale of her home!

Janice Dodson came highly recommended by my family who had previously had her as their realtor. She was very accessible, prompt with responses, very knowledgeable of the local area / purchasing process, and was always very friendly and polite.

I was probably not the easiest person to get approved to buy a home. I spoke with my bank and other realtors in town and they told me there was no way it could be done. Within minutes of speaking with Janice Dodson she had me pre-approved for way more than I needed to buy my family's dream home! She was amazing to work with and took care of us like family, I would recommend her professional service to anyone I know and I personally will never use any other real estate agent.
