Amazing Agent! Goes above and beyond the call of duty to provide excellent service. Friendly and always available to answer any questions. Will call Janice for next home purchase.

Outstanding :)

Wish everyone could find and deal through and agent like Janice Dodson. We were treated with care like people not as another sale . she knew about locations, property background and helped us to find the right fit.We are so grateful to have Janice as our agent and friend.

Janice did an outstanding job getting my property sold. There were several unexpected life events that occurred as soon as the property was listed on the market. Then shortly after the property was under contract a lot of uncommon circumstances with the buyers and their agent started to happen thus causing unnecessary frustrations. However, despite all the craziness Janice got the job done! She remained professional and committed to accomplishing what she set out to do for the Seller. Janice is very knowledgeable in many aspects of real estate and shares her input and suggestions with her clients. Janice can make one of the hardest decisions or situations so much easier to deal with whether she is representing the Buyer or Seller because she listens , communicates effectively and cares about her clients wishes making that her goal. I will absolutely use her again if I have future real estate needs and I will highly recommend her to others looking to Buy or Sell.

We previously used Janice for the purchase of our house. She kept in touch over the years and was always helpful, sweet, and has her client's best interest in mind, so there was no question we were going to use her again. Janice was always there to help us, even after the sale closed. She helped us find packers, movers, helped facilitate the sale of some of our furniture. We absolutely could not have done it without her, she was invaluable. I highly recommend Janice for anyone buying or selling your property.
