I originally had contacted a different person out of Longview but it was hard to get information out of her. I was told about Janice Dodson and how good and professional she was. She did exactly what she said she would do and kept me updated. I was extremely pleased with how nice and on point she was. she contacted me on several occasions and kept me in the loop on what was going on and for that, I am extremely grateful. Lets just say, when or if I plan on buying or selling any property again, I would definitely request Janice Dodson. She was very professional and extremely good at getting the job done. I put Excellent on every category, not just to make her look good. I legitimately appreciate what she has done for me from the bottom of my heart. I've even told a few people about her. Honestly, this was my first time dealing with the selling of a property, so it is all new to me. I've heard not so good things about realtors before and I can say from experience now, that it wasn't bad at all. I put my full trust in her and she got the job done very fast. GREAT JOB TO YOU Janice!!!

From the moment you meet Janice you feel like you have known her all your life. She takes a personal interest in you and your concerns. She is there to help you all the way through. Janice is also there after the sale if you have any problems. We have used Janice twice and will use her services in the future.

Janice Dodson was patient, knowledgeable, and great to work with.

Janice is the best of the best!! I total delight to work with and extremely knowledgeable. I will continue to give her name and number to anyone buying or selling. I have found my agent for life.

My partner and I bought a house together and we both were selling our personal homes. Janice has represented us in every transaction. She had represented my partner in prior transactions. She easily facilitated the purchase of our new house, sold my house in 24 hours and is working her tail off to sell my partner’s house. I’ll use her in any future sales and will recommend her to all my friends!

Janice is good at juggling everything to get business handled.

Janice was awesome to work with, it was the easiest home buying experience ever and we could not have done it without her.

Awesome Agent! Highly Recommend to all friends and family!
