Janice knows what it takes to sell and close a property. This is our second transaction together. Once the offer(s) are received, I don't worry much about the process getting bogged down if Janice is working on it. She pushes it. We all just missed how severe the market downturn would be in Jan.2025 - and consequently it took much too long to get this one sold. Live and Learn. It wasn't Janice's fault that the buyers dried up.
