At the end of the purchase, we were both 100% satisfied with the results. So much so, that we returned to Jannay for this current purchase of an investment property, and again had excellent representation. She has a great way of balancing your needs as the buyer, but being respectful of the sellers position. She gave us great advice during negotiations, and we were very happy with the final purchase price.
