I had met with Jannay Murphy Hughes a couple years ago in relation to another real estate transaction. At that time, I chose to go a different route. There were some issues with the agent I chose to sell my house so when the time came to sell my condo, I was not going to make the same mistake twice. I contacted Jannay and she immediately remembered who I was and seemed very excited for the opportunity to speak with me about selling my current residence. From the very first time I met her (back in 2019), speaking with Jannay has always felt like connecting with a friend. She is warm, funny, kind, understanding and is knowledegable about sales and the market. Jannay is never stressed or worried about the sale but that does not mean she doesn't care about getting it done. Simply, she does her job, does it well and always with an air of having it under control. Jannay is always available for questions or information. She has a great response time and has never made me feel as though I was contacting her too much, or being a pest or taking up her time. She always wants me to know exactly what is happening, when it is happening, why it is happening and constantly tries to calm my nerves and fears in regards to the sale. She communicates well, she is incredibly personable and is excellent at what she does.
