I initially reached out to another broker for various reasons but that broker's customer service was not what I'd expect from a RE agent. Jared, on the other, hand was very cordial and responsive. He gave me a good, professional piece of advice and walked me through the deal. It resulted in a quick offer approval, a great discounted price, and a quick close of Escrow.
