I don't think anyone else could have done a better job. Jared had a buyer for both properties almost immediately after signing papers. Every time a problem popped up, Jared tackled it with ease. I was totally satisfied with the way Jared handled the sale of the properties. Both properties I listed with Jared were kind of odd ball situations. Jared took control, worked very hard at resolving the problems and the homes were sold to my satisfaction. I didn't live in the area of the properties that were sold but that was not a problem, everything was completed by phone and email. I was very impressed!

Jared viewed the home, that we later purchased. He reported how most of our boxes were checked on this one. We agreed and made an offer, sight unseen. When the offer was accepted we drove into the area and was able to view the home. Jared was absolutely correct. Many of our boxes were checked and we were happy that our offer was accepted.
