Jared Van Cleave

Jared is a knowledgeable, experienced, and accommodating agent. Very easy to communicate and work with; he always goes the extra mile to make sure everything is in order and in place.

Jared knows the importance of first impressions. Our initial meeting gave me a foundation of confidence in his professionalism, trustworthiness, and wisdom. Furthermore, those qualities never wavered over the course of the next few months as we shopped for houses. As a first time homebuyer, Jared helped me learn about the market and my own realistic wishlist. I'm grateful for Jared's patience with my stream of questions and indecisiveness at times. Happily, our engagement didn't just end with on closing day. Jared's continued to make sure I've comfortably settled into my current "dream home!" I'd highly recommend Jared's services. Particularly to those newer to the home buying process like myself.

Jared was excited to meet with us and educate us on the home buying process. We are first time home buyers. He did an excellent job of explaining how home buying works and the various things we could expect to encounter throughout the process. He also ensured that we were aware of all the expenses that we would need to consider and helped us identify local vendors for inspections, lenders, and more. It went extremely smoothly and Jared was so flexible with our work schedules. I felt like we always knew what to expect and his knowledge of construction helped us understand and purchase the right home for us. We are very satisfied with the service we received and highly recommend working with him!
