We had the most fortunate opportunity of meeting Jason after a few negative realtor experiencs. Jason took the time to get to know us and what we were looking for in a home. He was accessible and always got back to us in a timely manner which was very important to us. He managed to carefully guide us through the purchase of our home during the very challenging fire season. His knowledge and guidance will forever be appreciated. We would definitely use him again and will be referring him to our friends and family.

We are from the Lower Mainland and were looking for a house in Kelowna. Jason was recommended to us and we couldn't be happier with the service he provided! We were never felt pressured, even when an offer was put on what we thought was our dream house and we weren't quite ready to put in a counter offer. He talked us through it and said if it was meant to be it would be and that our dream house was out there. Sure enough 6 weeks later we found our dream home and couldn't be happier and glad we missed out on the first one! We were even in a different time zone when the offers were going back and forth and Jason made sure he was available when it worked for us, even if it was late at night! Jason is a Kelowna local was able to provide us the name of a fantastic home inspector and lawyer which was so terrific too. If you are in the market for a house in Kelowna Jason Abougoush is for sure your guy!
