We initally thought the condos townhouse sells faster because of lower rate and placed in the market at a higher price, we didnt take jason advice on the pricing and ended up with little showings and were dissapointed. After 2 weeks we discussed the price and this time went with Jason suggestions and got more than the listed price a bit lower than what we estimated but we were always disturbing him with every showing that happened, even in his busy schedule, he attended to each of our calls and checked with seller agents too. On a whole, we loved how he handled the staging, painitng and cleaning the place. Would definitely recommend Jason to other sellers.
