I met Jason Collins when he came to review his new listing, the condo I was renting. Knowing that rental properties were scarce, I decided that I would buy the property. Jason negotiated a fair deal, making the purchase process painless. When I decided to sell an inherited out-of-state commercial property, the Philly Realtor suggested a 1031 exchange, requiring that I buy a replacement property with the proceeds from the sale that are held by an intermediary. Having worked with Jason before, once I had a purchase agreement for the Philly property, I reached out to him to help me find a house to buy as a rental. I was looking for someone with good references from other sellers/buyers and for that reason is how I chose Jason. It was also impressive that he was a veteran and I knew someone who served had to be well disciplined in his job and I was spot on, Jason was a dream to work with. Oh my goodness, if I could give Jason 10 stars out of 10 I certainly would! Always answered any questions promptly and we never had to wait for a call back, Jason was "Jason on the spot!" for that.
