Jason was very helpful in every step of the way. From sale paperwork to closing paperwork he helped understand every question that was on the paper.

Jason is fantastic. He knows how to sell houses, he is honest, upfront and very professional. Communication with Jason was easy. He was always available, or got back to us very quickly. When we were stressed about one thing or another, his experience and counsel were key to helping us stick with the plan. We tried "for sale by owner" with little success. After contacting Jason, we sold our house in the timeframe we needed and for a great price. 10/10!

Megan (Storvick) Avila was amazing during the entire process of me searching for a home. She was knowledgeable about what to look for once inside the home and had good suggestions of homes in my price range and opened me up to other areas of Des Moines. When the townhouse in the perfect area popped up, I let Megan know and it was pretty simple from there and now it's a place I can call home:)
