Jason is wonderful! He was very thoughtful; committed to understanding what we were looking for in a home; accessible. He made purchasing a new home a breeze!

Jason did an excellent job of helping us navigate through the buying process. He was especially helpful when we ran into an issue during the inspection on a home and could not reach a resolution on the repair. Jason was instrumental in the return of our earnest money and renewing the search. We were especially thankful after finding another home that turned out to be the perfect one for us a week later. Thank you!

Jason Mickelson did an excellent job guiding my brother and I through the sale of our parents home after their passing. Jason was spot on explaining the current "pandemic" market in Ames and what he believed the market would bring for our parents home. Best part, the house sold in 3 days!

Jason got the house sold with out even listing it!
