I chose Jason because he felt like (and proved to be) an honest man! He was very upfront about his roles and responsibilities, thoroughly explained each document at our first meeting, and gave me a great explanation of how the process works. He was also highly praised by a co-worker who had recently purchased a house with Jason -- he did not disappoint! It was my first time purchasing a home and he walked me through it step-by-step, making it feel more manageable. Jason was also very honest about his advice, from not only his experience as a realtor, but as a homeowner! He was very flexible and accommodating to my schedule and some of my very short notice requests to see a house. He also provided me a lot of data (recent sales, rentals, and images) that helped me not only put offers together but also baseline what my expectations could be if I ever needed to rent my home in the future. He was also very patient with me as I probably asked him way too many questions. I also appreciated how he would go around and send me nice video tours of the houses I was interested.
