I was remote for most of the process and from the initial visit, the inspection, the handling of the HOA and closing information-gathering, he remained fully and personally committed, highly energized and well organized. I don't think we encountered one hiccup in the entire process that wasn't dealt with properly and right away with my best interest in mind.
