Jayson Richey

Jayson was critical when it came to us getting our new home! Jayson was able to negotiate with the other realtor in a professional manner that got us top dollar! When hiccups or things went sideways, Jayson was ready to assist in any way possible. Whenever new information came out about the buying and selling of our home, Jayson was always calling making sure we had latest information! I would recommend Jayson to anyone that is looking for a home!

Very professional and communicative, helped explain everything I needed to know in great detail and overall very helpful.

Jayson is the best. We started with another realtor, but fired them for being so bad. I was pleasantly suprised at the great communication and excellent service he provided before during and after the transaction. Jayson is the top in realtor service. We appreciated him completely, great personality and always on top of things. He took alot of the stress out of moving, especially moving across country. I would definately recommend Coldwell Banker and Jayson Richey. Thank you Jayson for a great positive moving experience, couldn't have done it without you. Best regards and Thanks.
