I've now had the opportunity to work with Jeanette several times, and have only had positive experiences. She is knowledgeable and professional, and allows for preferences to be taken into account in a way that's still effective. She's great at communicating and makes the process of selling as easy as possible.

Jeanette was the consumate realator. She was efficient, knowledgeable, always followed through in a timely fashion, extremely effective at negotiating with the seller and was willing to help in any way to make the sell go through. She has an effective array of contacts to help with any problem we encountered. I was extremely pleased and count this as one of the best professional working experiences I have had.

Jeanette was very helpful in the sale of the house. Pricing was evidently discussed and was reduced at her recommendation. I only received 3 offers in 1 1/4 years. So I took the latest offer which was much lower than I expected. But I had to take the offer and by Jeanette's lowering her commission rate aided in the decision. I would also endorse her recommendation as a realtor for future home buyers or sellers.
