Jeanne Beaven

Jeanne has extensive knowledge and experience in real estate issues and transactions. Her recommendations and suggestions through out the selling process were invaluable. She is truly an tremendous asset to Rector Hayden!

Jeanne came highly recommended by a mutual friend who knew what type of realtor I was looking for. I can't speak highly enough about the fantastic experience we had with her in the sale of my grandmother's home. Her experience and research of the neighborhood helped us price the house appropriately and she gave me excellent advice on how to prepare the home to sell quickly. The interactions with potential buyers and then the final buyer were professional, handled approprately, and we were very pleased with the sale. She quickly became a trusted family friend and I look forward to working with her in the near future!
