We were in a position where we only had limited availability to be in the area to look at home, we often sent her listings we wanted to see “last minute”...yet she never failed to come through. We would pull up to a listing, get out and then I would say “nope, let’s not bother going in” and she was always positive and patient and understanding. She provided great guidance and direction on areas to look at homes vs distance from my office as well as school district intel.
