Jeanne Murphy of Realty Executives sold my mother’s house for my siblings and me. Her commitment and guidance to us was second to none. She created the CMA for the house, a unique cottage on a small local lake. She found excellent comparable listings and sales data. The CMA was extensive yet very consumable. She helped get the house ready for sale by providing a list of professionals that emptied the house of junk, cleaned the living areas in less than 8 hours, provided small ambient touches like vases and books, created beautiful aerial and terrestrial photos, and created a website photo story that featured the photos and virtual staging. The website photo story was awesome. After the Purchase and Sale was signed, Jeanne took care of the minutia – final water bill, ensured the utilities were transferred, all permits were properly closed, smoke detectors certified, et al.
