Jeanne is absolutely amazing! My husband and I were looking for our first home & after meeting with her we knew she’d be the perfect fit for this step in our lives. She took the time during our first meeting to go over everything that would happen from the start of our search to the very end at closing. Jeanne is extremely quick to answer calls, texts and emails & always makes herself available to help. We were looking through the holiday season and happened to find our home right before Christmas. The seller wanted to have everything set before the first and the close scheduled for early January and she made sure everything was handled without delay.

As I write this note I am sitting in the kitchen with our Christmas tree in view and a blanket of snow on the ground outside - cozy and safe in our new home. I became aware of Jeanne through watching other sales at Nouvelle. I was most attracted to the single property website and also the fact that she was not a resident of the building looking to lead the sale. Really wanted an unbiased opinion and privacy. Jeanne was very diligent in her approach and advised us at every step along the way of what to expect. She is a true professional and very collaborative. Over 10 updates to the single property website to demonstrate the uniqueness of our property when given feedback from prospects, calculated price adjustments due to market / supply changes, 4 open houses, and at least 15 showings in a very high compliance / super complex luxury condo facility!
