He was a great listener and truly a wonderful agent. He was knowledgeable of the available homes and went above and beyond. His honesty and professionalism did not go unnoticed. For these reasons, I am extremely grateful and honored to have worked with him. I'm very pleased with his overall handling of my new Kailua home. His good vibes and his positive attitude made me feel comfortable. He helped me through the toughest market/buying time with ease. This company as a whole made it all happen. They worked together as a team to help me. Better homes and Gardens Real estate made house buying my Best experience ever. I would highly recommend Jeff Char to friends and family. I had a fantastic experience all around. I'm thrilled I bought my dream home. Thanks again to Jeff for making my dreams come true.

Jeff Char and Taryn Loo helped us realize our dream of finding the perfect home. Jeff kept us apprised of the changing housing market, providing us with knowledge we lacked. Whenever we wanted information on properties, he made himself available and responded promptly. He was very honest with what properties were truly worth and did not pressure us to settle for anything we didn't want. When we finally found a place we wanted, Jeff helped us negotiate a fair price below asking price. He advocated for us to receive additional credit for items we never even thought to ask for. He truly had our best interests and happiness in mind. Buying a first home is very intimidating, however, with calm and composed realtors such as Jeff and Taryn, the process is made less stressful. They are thorough and professional in their work yet possess an ease in explaining everything given their down to earth and approachable demeanors. We couldn't be happier in starting a new chapter in our lives with our new home and we have Jeff Char and Taryn Loo of Better Homes and Gardens to thank for it. Your work is important, helping people find happiness through the perfect home, and you do it exceptionally well. Thank you!

Jeff Char listened to our preferences and non-negotiables, understood what we were looking for, and literally brought us to all the places he found. He communicated clearly and responded quickly. We felt like we got to know him and trust him. We'd highly recommend Jeff to anyone looking for a home!

Jeff Char did an outstanding job. His knowledge of the market and area were critical, especially in the currently HOT sellers market. Further, Jeff has an excellent list of connections in the business including lenders and inspectors. All of these helped make the process easy to navigate with timely communications and attention to detail. Thanks Jeff! Chris H

Jeff did an amazing job helping me and my husband during this process. He was very detailed and helpful in every step of the way. I couldn’t have asked for a better agent to work with.

Professional, dedicated and focused on delivering a valued service for the homeowner and the professionals he serves

Jeff toughened out the long search and fight with us the entire process. Never complained or gave any off putting gestures to anything we needed or asked of him. He pretty much was apart of the family for the better of 9/10 months. He always made himself available and followed up as promised. In my eyes, and first experience of a home buyer, Jeff is the face of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate. His patience alone let us know he had the right realtor. Jeff was very attention to detailed. He had a keen eye and was able to provide advise and guidance from his years of experience. This was a very tough market for us. I'm sure it was the same for any first time home buyer. Jeff led us to success and keys.

Jeff is a great realtor and friend that really cares about his clients. Jeff started out by giving us a call and doing a virtual online explaining and going through the documents step by step and making sure we understand the process when purchasing a home. He really took the time to explain the process and timeline from beginning to the end. Jeff is very trustworthy, dependable, knowledgeable, honest, passionate, punctual, reliable in every step that he takes with the transaction. Jeff’s assistant, Kim really made the home purchasing process as smooth as it can be through all the emails, communications, keeping everyone in the loop and informing us on all the deadline dates. Jeff Char and Kim Hanawahine really made sure that our expectation was met and exceeded without over promising and under delivering. We highly recommend anyone that is looking to purchase a home to contact Jeff Char.
