Jeff Char can do it all! For our particular transaction, Jeff acted as a dual agent between us and the buyers. Simply stated, he is a wonderful person to work with. He manages to make everyone feel comfortable and secure in their decisions, and does not hesitate to explain things patiently or repeatedly if needed. He was always available to us, even though we are all the way on the east coast and there is a significant time difference between us. His response time often made me wonder if he ever slept! Jeff has always been there for us from day one. He helped us purchase our first home and then helped us again in the selling of that same home. Jeff Char was so helpful from the very beginning. I knew very little about the home buying process, and Jeff took the time to explain the entire process that was easy for me to understand. He sat with me for several hours to break it all down. I know that he didn't have to do that, and it really made a positive impression on me. This was my first home buying experience and he definitely gave me the confidence and tools necessary for the process. COVID 19 really shook things up. My closing date was constantly changing due to the home being a new construction. I also had a work trip that kept getting postponed. Of course, the closing and the work trip happened at the same time. This is where Jeff really saved me! I had returned from my work trip but was on quarantine. Jeff still made sure my closing happened on time by conducting the final walk through with the developer, and was able to get keys for me, all while streaming it virtually while I was quarantined.
