Jeff Gingerich came highly recommended by two friends, as soon as I posted on Facebook asking for a referral to a good Century 21 agent. I had met agents from other companies before, but I was interested in the Air Miles bonus. Having personal recommendations gave me confidence. Based on our experience, we would definitely recommend Jeff to others. Jeff let us know details about various properties that were not in the listings, and it helped to narrow down our search because he new what we wanted and didn't want. Although Jeff is very busy, he made time to take care of our needs. When he went away for a few days, he introduced us to another agent who covered for him while he was gone, which meant our house search didn't slow down. Jeff was very patient with answering our questions and spending time with us during two house inspections. He was also kind enough to buy pizza for the party we held on the day we gained possession of our new home! He joined us for the party and met our friends, and we were happy to have him there.

Jeff Gingerich was VERY helpful, patient and understanding as this had been "home" for over 60 years and selling property was due to plans to move to a retirement home.

Jeff was very thorough and explained each step in the listing and process of selling our house, he was quick to arrange a listing and organizing an open house. He kept us well informed along the way, a very professional approach.
