Thanks to Jeff, my house was under contract in less than 3 days for more money than I ever expected to get! Before close I had a 100% totally unexpected legal problem come up that put closing in jeopardy. Jeff then worked with both an estate attorney and the closing attorney, often doing all kinds of legal research way beyond what I would expect from a selling agent, to ensure a smooth closing. My closing may never have happened, or at least would have been much further delayed, if it wasn’t for Jeff’s intelligence, hard work, and tenacity!
