Jen kept us informed each step of the way towards getting it on the market. She was respectful of our thoughts and followed up on answering all our questions. When my coborrower and I were confused and/or had issues she helped out and make made sure we understood and had the pateince to explain. During the inspections she asked questions for me that I never even would have thought about. Jen also managed an easy paper transition during the whole process and founder lenders too fit my needs, when I changed my mind on a home, she took charge with the switch, no questions asked. She was very helpful and informative. 10/10, would recommend, I felt like she had my back all the way through.
