Selling a home can be a very stressful process, but Jennifer Kelley worked hard to make it as painless as possible. Through every step along the way, it was clear that Jennifer Kelley is an experienced professional in residential sales. She has a great eye for staging and gave us excellent advice on how to show the house in the best possible light. The marketing materials that she prepared were eye catching. She is always tuned into the local real estate market and always tracking comparable sales - as a result, she was able to provide great advice on when to list the house for sale, when to hold open houses and when to review offers. We received multiple offers and she did all the work to compare and contrast the offers for us, to lay out all the different components involved and she made a clear, easy to understand matrix for us so that we could easily make the best decision. Jennifer is extremely organized and made sure we met all the milestones along the way to a successful, on time closing. We are thrilled with the outcome of our sale process and couldn't have done it without Jennifer Kelley's guidance and advice!

Jennifer Kelley is a delight! Her expertise helped guide us in choosing a neighborhood, type of house, and what to expect at each point in the process. She's professional and personable.

Jen was wonderful to work with. She was polite, friendly, and exceptionally responsive. The transactions were almost seamless. Jen was knowledgeable of things we were unaware of, and was able to guide us through murky waters. We would definitely use Jen again down the road.

Jen was a pleasure to work with. Her knowledge of the area and willingness to help us was above and beyond our expectations. Highly recommend!

Jen was chosen to market our property primarily because of her strong knowledge of the area market and because she returned our calls/emails in a timely manner, which was very important to us. She was very professional and helpful in putting us in touch with a local business person who could help us with emptying/staging the house. We highly recommend Jen!

Jen Kelley was the ideal realtor to collaborate with to sell my parent's home in Lexington after their unexpected passing. Being from out-of-state, the prospect of selling my family home was daunting. Jen's kind and caring nature put me at ease; I was comforted that Jen made herself readily available whenever I was in town. She brought her great work experience to our partnership and a network of resources that were needed to ready the house for being listed. From providing a thorough assessment of the local market to a suggestion list of projects for me to consider, Jen's insight provided the knowledge that I needed to prepare and list the house. It was a pleasure to work with Jen and the outcome exceeded expectations. I highly recommend Jen Kelley.
