When I first reached out to Jen she was very excited. We met for lunch and Jen showed me a presentation she created for first time homebuyers on her laptop. It was a great overview and she taught me about things I didn't know about; like PMI. Then she asked me about my preferences. I told her I was very picky. Not too long and seven showings later we made an offer on the home that we closed on October first. Jen was professional, a guide, and an educator to me.
