It was a long process but Jen helped the whole time. Even when it seem impossible she was positive. Always answered our questions even if it was late at night. Jen went out of her way to answer or get the answer to our questions. She was there when we needed her. Jen was determined to help us fine a forever home and to that we will always be greatful to her.

Jen was great to work with, I am so happy with the outcome of the sale! She was professional, patient and kind in every situation.
