Jenn is tenacious. I was even getting complements from sellers this time around that were impressed with her when looking at one duplex. We had a few issues come up on the second duplex that we did end up closing a deal on such as some damage in the basement, and she continues to prove to be an excellent communicator, and always working in my best interest. My first purchase went smoothly. The second time around a few things did pop up and I feel as though I really got a glimpse of how strong at this Jenn really is. Everyone looks good when things go well, that is true for anything right? It is when tested you get to see what you are made of. And Jenn gives me complete confidence.
