Jennie is the type of person that you see at your front door and instantly want to hug! She is so kind, caring, very sensitive to your needs and wants, great listener, and you feel like you've known her your whole life! Jennie had pictures taken and on the market in one day! We unfortunately had to give Jennie a small time of one month to sell our house. Jennie stated "I'll sell your house in one week". She sold our house in SEVEN HOURS! Jennie helped us get a painter within two days, and he did an excellent job with a very reasonable rate. We The painter was in and out in one day. We honestly could not think about using a better Realtor than Jennie! The inspection, appraisal and closing were scheduled within days! Another HUGE part of closing was that Jennie wasn't calling you all time asking for additional paperwork like most realtors do! Jennie will never be forgotten! Professional, precise and consistently keeping you informed. Exceptional is what Jennie is! Grateful & blessed!

Jennie is everything we asked for in a realtor...a good listener, knows the area, and a seasoned professional who is successful in the industry. We got great advice from Jennie during the offer process on our new house and the sale process of our old home. We were fortunate to have six offers and sold it in two days. Jennie was key in putting together a lovely marketing plan, pricing the property, and helping us select the best offer. We are thrilled with the sales price and have Jennie to thank for helping to make this happen. We will absolutely recommend her. She is a delight to work with.

My wife and I were relocating due to work and it was a very sensitive process in selling our home and working around the schedule and well-being of our young kids. We needed to sell quickly so we could continue our process of relocating for work but we didn't want to sacrifice price, people or process. Jennie did a great job working with us and understanding our needs. She did a lot of work behind the scenes to make sure our closing was smooth and that we didn't have many disruptions to our lives. While we are moving out of state we would recommend Jennie to our friends and family who remain in Indiana and are in the need of a professional and experienced real estate agent.

Jennie Deckert was a wonderful agent and someone we were happy to have help us find a new home in Indianapolis since we are new to the area, especially from a random Google search. We couldn't have asked for a better person to assist us through this process and she helped make everything very easy. We greatly appreciate her knowledge, kindness, & help!

Jennie made one of the most stressful times of a person's life one of the simplest, fun, and exciting times. I've previously purchased a home before but it had been years since I had been in the market, and she was able to bring me back up to speed immediately. Incredibly thankful for her help in buying our small family's first home!

Moving across the country was a stressful experience . Jennie was a godsend and made the process so much easier. She knew what we wanted and stayed on top of everything we needed to do to get it. She went to great lengths to see we got the best deal and didn't miss anything. We are extremely grateful for all her hard work.

Jennie was nothing short of amazing! I was coming from out-of-state and had limited time to look at houses and take care of pre-closing work, yet Jennie was quick to accommodate me and take care of the additional work (scheduling inspection, getting contractor work, etc.) needed before closing. Her attention to detail during showings was exceptional, and she always provided her opinion with the utmost professionalism. Jennie's additional touches and constant communication made me feel like this was the "right" move, and I can't provide a higher recommendation. Thank you, Jennie, for everything!

Jennie was such a great help in finding me the perfect home. She kept me encouraged and didn't let me settle when I was getting anxious about not finding a home. She kept me open minded and made sure I understood why certain properties weren't well suited for me and my goals. Jennie found me the perfect home and went out of her way to welcome me to Indy!

Jennie was our right and left hand during this process of purchasing our new home. Looking for home when you are away may be challenge, but with the support of a good/ right realtor as Jennie, it can be simple. Jennie visited homes, FaceTimed us, and was always available to answer questions we had. Thank you Jennie, for supporting us during this relocation process.

We looked for 2 yrs in a specific area for our house. Jennie was patient and open to our wants. Additionally, she was more than helpful and very understanding as we put our home of 25 yrs. on the market. That was an emotional time she was great in her handling of that time. Jennie's a rising star.
