In 2015 for the purchase of our first home, we were so thankful to have Jennifer as our realtor. When it was time to sell that house and look for another, we didn't even consider going with anyone else. Once again, Jennifer's attentiveness, experience, and professionalism were such a gift in what was for us a big life transition! We are grateful for her integrity and dedication and for having her in our corner for both the sale of our former house and the purchase of our new one.

Jennifer is an outstanding agent to work with. Her knowledge of the process from pricing and presentation to negotiation and closing made the whole experience positive. We have used her to sell 2 properties and buy another. You can trust that she will do her very best for you.

We were referred to Jennifer by a lender, because we did not know anyone in the area. We appreciated Jennifer's extensive knowledge of the Clear Lake area and it's history in our situation (coming from California). After an extensive series of showing us houses, many of which were built in the 1960's with owners not willing for fix much, we elected to buy in a new development in EdgeWater by Conventry. Jennifer swithced gears and was instrumental in negotiating with Coventry on our behalf. Everything worked out beautifully and in 6 monyhs we moved into our brand new home, which we love. THANKS AGAIN JENNIFER!!

Jennifer made the process easy and was readily available to answer any questions. She was great to work with.

Jennifer provided excellent service. She listened to what my real estate goals were and responded accordingly. With Jennifer's help I was able to close on a home that is just right for me.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Jennifer Barnes as my real estate agent, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Jennifer is a true professional, with a wealth of knowledge and experience that she expertly applies to help her clients achieve their real estate goals. She is a clear communicator, always keeping me informed throughout the process and answering any questions I had promptly and thoroughly. But what really stood out to me was her friendly and pleasant demeanor - she truly made the experience a pleasure from start to finish. If you're looking for a top-notch real estate agent, look no further than Jennifer Barnes.
