Jen took our bad situation and handled it with care. She was very up front about what the outcome would be. I would highly recommend her.

She is super!!!

Have had a history of dealing with other brokers, Jennifer Baugher is EXCELLENT! Her caring approach during a difficult time was greatly appreciated, but her professionalism and expertise puts her over the top of excellent. She was quick to respond to any questions or request of additional showings. Jennifer's professional knowledge being a dual agent was always honest and nonpartisan to either side. Her thoroughness in communications was complete and made the entire process go smoothly. Would definitely recommend her and will use her again for future need.

Seller did not engage services of a Realtor. There were lots of issues regarding HOA. Jennifer worked tirelessly to communicate with Seller, HOA, myself, and n my personal representative to bring experience to a happy ending.

Jennifer Baugher not only had expert knowledge of local real estate, but she was always pleasant, quick to respond, and she was dedicated to our needs throughout the home buying experience. Jennifer displayed honesty and integrity and I would recommend her and Century 21 Reid Baugher Realty to anyone looking to purchase or sell. Plus, she has a great sense of humor, which can be helpful in stressful situations.

Jennifer went above and beyond to make sure we were well informed and well represented. She gave special attention to explain everything and to help us understand the process; knowing what to expect when. She was very honest and always straight forward, which is very important to me. Jennifer's experience, and calm but encouraging demeanor, add to her professional appeal. She is reassuring and always reminds the seller that she is going to be right alongside them throughout the entire process. She provided advice when it was asked for, but always made sure we made the final decisions and had the best information in which to do so. I HIGHLY recommend Jennifer and her staff. It was such a comfort and blessing to have her on our team.

I have known Jennifer most of her life, and she has always done everything with excellence. There was never any other consideration as far as I was concerned, when this property had to be sold. I know nothing about real estate, but I knew Jennifer and that she would take good care of me and handled everything professionally, and she did! When you want something done well, You get the Best! Thank You, Jennifer!

Jennifer is very professional , courteous, and knowledgeable. Her ethics are above reproach. She handled both sale and purchase without undue pressure.

I live 2000 miles away and Jen was indespensible through this phase of the purchase. This house purchase has been the largest, and most important investment in my life. I was out of my element. Jen brought the knowledge and professionlism to help me get this done. She's awesome. Jen is four stars! Would 1000% recommend her. She is helping me to look at other properties. I never thougth about talking to anyone else.
