I would just like to thank Jenny for all of her hard work and for being a fantastic representative. We have worked with Jenny several times and she is always accommodating and knowledgeable. I would strongly recommend her and her team at Reid Baugher Century 21.

Jennifer Baugher was very helpful, kind, and professional during the sale of our home. We placed the house on the market ourselves initially. Once we turned to Jennifer she took a lot of stress off of us. She took great care to make the experience pleasant for us and sell our home quickly. I’d refer my friends and family in a heartbeat.

She came highly recommended, and was very knowledgeable and professional. Jennifer priced the home competitively and received offers within a few days, one of which we accepted.

Jenny was so helpful in the selling of my parent's home. Will contact her again if we need to see property, Very caring and professional.

It was by chance but Jennifer stuck with us and found our dream home. She is great. She knows about Litchfield and the people in the community Jennifer answered all our questions. She made home buying so easy. Miscommunication with the first person we spoke with, but Jennifer picked up and didn’t stop until we had a house We just want to thank Jennifer for finding the perfect house for us
