I have known Jenny for many years. She is an incredibly strong communicator which enables her to fully understand the needs of those around her. This made her an absolute joy to work with. Very early on in the process I felt like she knew exactly what I wanted in my purchase as well as what I might need in the way of gentle encouragement and extra help or instruction in a part of the process. At no point did Jenny let me feel lost or scared during the process even though I am prone to anxiety. I would happily recommend her to any I know and be confident that she would be as wonderful for them as she was for me. Being a first time buyer, I felt totally comfortable in the success of purchase because she always organized and transparent with the short and long term tasks management. I knew as needed what I could do to be successful and what she was doing on my behalf. I love the bid she helped me put together. Her expertise in bidding and her knowledge of my wants and needs enabled me to get the home I love while there were other bids being made. I won my bid and my beloved home only because she knew how seriously I wanted it and to what lengths it was with going to to secure it. Im confident it was her skills that enabled my dream to come true I love the home I got. I would not have been as successful in this process without the support and guidance I got from Jenny. I would feel comfortable buying or selling in the future with her in the future. I have a wonderful home and my stress level was lower than I expected because of the clarity and security she exuded.
