Jennifer Ritchey

Jennifer was very helpful and understanding.

Jennifer was recommended to us by another trusted professional. We were happy when we found that she had extensive probate real estate experience. Jennifer met with us at the house, and priced it much higher than we were expecting. We're not from the area, but Jennifer knows her market! She immediately listed the house online in several places. We quickly had lots of buyer interest. She negotiated fairly on our behalf and listened to our needs and wishes. She was always available when we had any questions. Jennifer really understood our needs as sellers and was extremely kind and professional through the entire process. This was a probate sale with some 'condition issues', after the death of an elderly parent and she was considerate of those facts. I would recommend Century 21 Full Service Realty, specifically Jennifer Ritchey, to anyone needing realtor.
